I've been taking my car to MINHS for several years now, and have always been pleased with the quality of the work they do and the friendly service. For the first time since I've been bringing them my car the repair may have exposed another condition on my aging car, but didn't materialize until I was driving it around afterward. When I took it back in they, quickly found the issue, and even though it was a little ambiguous about whether the issue was due to age or the repair, or both, they didn't hesitate and just quickly took care of it the new issue without charging me. If you ever want a lesson on how to build customer loyalty, that's it.

I took my car in only for a state inspection and an oil change. However, just before my scheduled appointment, both of my side rear view mirrors were stolen. This is apparently a new trend in the theft of automotive parts. MINH did their usual very thorough job on the state inspection, alerting me to items that either needed replacement or should be watched in the next six months. As far as the mirrors were concerned, MINH made every effort to locate replacement mirrors at a price that would have been cheaper than going through insurance. However, they when they were unable to locate replacement mirrors at a reasonable price, they readily recommended that I file an insurance claim, even though it meant that the work would have to be done by an auto bony shop holding a contract with the insurer and not by MINH. As usual, I was completely satisfied with my MINH experience.

MINHS is just the BEST foreign car repair I've ever been with in fifty years of driving. They love my vintage 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo Rally, and never charge me for services that my car doesn't need. I just picked it up, and they told me it didn't need a tune-up and was running fine. No mechanic has ever said that to me before. They do a great job and don't pack your bill with extra charges. But when something has to be done, they do a great job. I love the mechanics at MINHS and have recommended them to everyone I know who drives a foreign car.
