Nick & his team are fantastic. I recently bought a used 2011 Mini - I had done my research but still wanted to have a thorough inspection. They took me through their comprehensive report where they take a photo of nearly everything they inspect, showing & explaining to me what was good, and what needed monitoring & why. They were transparent and gave honest recommendations - in some cases acknowledging that the issue was not urgent and I could just keep an eye on it. Ultimately I elected to make a couple repairs and was able to leave with the peace of mind knowing that the car was in great condition. Highly recommended.

I feel ripped off dealing with them I had tire sensors put on to the car and reset my system and it cost me A little over 700 hours looked around after and realize I was ripped off for the work tires Services do not cost that much so we know the wise they overcharge for labor for something that takes That so much time to do would not be going back there again and would not be recommending any my people to Go and put their business there

My air conditioning (compressor) had broken, but I needed to make a 14 hour drive out of state, so I urgently wanted to get it fixed. Minh's was able to schedule an appointment promptly and were very clear about what would be included in the diagnostic test and what charges would be applied to the cost of the repair if they confirmed my suspicions. They knew I had plans to drive on the weekend, and went ahead and ordered the necessary part even though they hadn't yet gotten confirmation from me to be sure they'd have it in time. My car was fixed and ready to go as they promised. The overall cost was less than the dealership quote and in-line with a family member's trusted mechanic's quote. For the first time ever (for me), a car repair didn't uncover other "urgent" items that I needed to address, though they did let me know a few things that would need attention in 6-12 months. I would return to them in future!
