They “fixed” my Volvo after one month and charged me $1900. Invoice is clearly saying that there is a warranty for parts and labor. After 5 days car has stopped in the middle of the road with the same problem. The next day I called and James told me to tow it back and they will fix and reimburse the towing expenses. Another month it was sitting in their shop and waiting for the part from Canada as per James words. Got the car back with even more problems. They don’t want to give me the money they took and towing expenses. My wife is pregnant and we need a car. Right now it’s parked on the street and again the same problem. If you guys can’t get the job done don’t take it and don’t be taking peoples money for nothing! Very bad way of doing business! Stay away from this place! You guys can write anything now, but the fact is customer is not happy and that’s all. If person takes time and write a bad review that means your management could not or neglected to resolve the issues. So he said she said the fact is fact.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how your experience with your vehicle could cause frustration. We strive to provide a 100% transparent customer experience whenever a customer has their vehicle in for service. When we agreed to repair your Volvo, the initial estimate was well over $1900. We were very clear that replacing your ignition switch would only solve the problem causing the key to spin freely in your ignition. As anticipated, this was not the only repair needed. We never like to see a customer unsatisfied with our services and agreed to complete an additional $1027 in repairs at no cost to you. "REPAIR NOTES: "Mr.Ergashev advised the car has water damage that flooded into other areas of the car. Mr.Ergashev declined further expenses on the car and is planning to sell "as-is". Mr.Ergashev received -$1,027 off the central electronics module replacement." You are welcome to reach out to me directly if this was not your experience.
