James and the rest of the team provided excellent service to me and my vehicle. They were always patient and explained the process every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about their customers and the line of work they do. Always answered the phone and always remained professional. Not once did I feel I was being scammed or lied to. Prices seem reasonable and we were able to work with my insurance to get most of it covered. Would definitely come back for any future issues my vehicle may have.

Had my BMW M performance 2 series get a Dinan suspension and exhaust upgrade here. They did an outstanding job and kept me informed with status updates throughout the day while I was at work. They were trustworthy, resourceful and transparent with me throughout the entire process. After talking to the mechanic who worked on my car, I could just sense his enthusiasm and love for cars. It just seems that these guys really take pride in the work that they do. For someone who also takes pride in his vehicle, I will be coming back again.

MINHS always gives the best service imaginable. Nick, Chris and James somehow keep my 2005 Beemer purring like a kitten and keep it like it was brand new. They always go over everything with me including pictures of what they are seeing. Anything that is okay to put off, they just note to me and monitor it over time rather than do immediately which just shows their honesty and thoughtfulness. My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner, and got ripped off time and time again at the BMW dealer. I can’t say enough good things about them. A true team of professionals.
