The folks at MINHS really took care of me after I was quoted an astronomical rate by MINI of Manhattan. They took their time to explain different things affecting my vehicle and giving me a variety of different options. They were also incredibly quick and efficient, turning around the service way faster than expected. This was a huge life-saver since I was moving the following week.

MINHS is hands down the best shop I’ve ever dealt with. Their responsiveness, technical knowledge, open communication and fair pricing will keep me going back every time. My favorite part of getting work done there is the though reports that they send you online with all the documentation of what they have seen and done. Regardless if I know what they are talking about it’s nice to see that they take the time to give their customers a chance to learn and encourage questions and an open dialogue between the shop staff.
