Luke was my service advisor and he treated me with utmost respect and professionalism. I went in for a simple change of a headlight bulb and the team fixed the bulb for a very reasonable price. They were kind enough to waive the inspection charge, which was a pleasant surprise. I feel that they do their work honestly, which has not been the reputation of a lot of other auto mechanics in the Brooklyn area —from what I’m told. I plan to return to them for my future service needs.

Professional service; had an oil change done and asked about a vibration issue - MINHS called back (James) and reported that the issue was caused by badly balanced wheels (bought new recently). The diagnostic fee was waved and they only charged for balancing/rotating wheels - fair! Been taking my bmws to MINHS for the last 7 yrs.
