MINHS experience me on bad week, but time to move on

My second time using this service station to service my 2010 Mercedes E550. This vehicle was always dealer maintained until the prices got totally outrageous. The last service at Benz would have cost over 6k$ for what they deemed as necessary work and another 2k$ to top it off. Mind you- I baby this car- this is my weekend car that only has 30k miles in 9 years. I took it to MINHS. All of the service people are courteous and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and presentable. To top off the car it costed my 3100$. Total. It was fixed correctly. This visit I knew I had issues with low profile tire and potholes of nyc- you do the math. 4 tires / rim repair / sensors- everything was 2700$. Expensive - but they got me tires 49$ cheaper than the lowest price I got. Overall excellent experience. Shout out to Luke- my rep this time. Because of the amount of work needed and to get the tires and rims done- he couldnt get it back to at the time I wanted to get it. He called me way in advance and gave me a sincere apology. I appreciated that call.

Brought my car in to have brakes and rotors put on. The guys was welcoming. My service guy Chris was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. over all my experience was great. would recommend the shop to others.

I had my service for my Porsche this week. Nick was the service representative for my service. He gave me very detail of the services will be performed. The most I like from them is they will send me inspection report with pictures to recommend me what service i should perform. They don't do unnecessary service as shown on the vehicle checklist. Honest and great service. Definitely I will come back in future.

Best repair /maintanence shop in Brooklyn ..possibly the tristate area.James was my tech/advisor.. I needed my starter replaced.Next day was leaving to take my daughter on a college tour.James expedited the process quickly and very professionally. Starter was done same day ..Original BMW parts ..Cannot say enough good things about this shop.Dont waste your time and money anywhere else.

Been using these guys for years to service my 2 AUDIS. Great guys, honest quotes, quick and efficient work. They take time to go over more cost saving options and are willing to work with highly rated aftermarket parts (which can save a ton of money). Hourly labor charges are about half of what the Dealer charges. They know their vehicles and are very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend going to them over the Dealer (or the friend of your Cousin's neighbor :) ).
