They seem very professional. However, my advice to anyone before taking their car to ANY mechanic, check for any recalls! especially if you're the second owner (You might not get the recall letter). Go to this site and enter your VIN: nhtsa.gov/recalls I brought my car to MINHS. in addition to problems with various parts, they mentioned the ABS computer needs to be replaced. They told me it would cost $1500 for this alone! This was a little hard for me to accept. I did a google search for "Volkswagen Jetta ABS recall" and learned: "Volkswagen dealers will update the ABS control module software to improve the module's self-testing abilities. Any module that fails the new diagnostic test will be replaced. These repairs will be made free of charge. The recall began February 2017. Owners may contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-800-893-5298." autoblog.com/buy/2009-Vo… Glad this isn't costing me anything. it would be nice if mechanics did a check on any recalls (to save customers money) Until than, be a smart consumer and check yourself. That being said, I know nothing about cars. They took the time to explain problems to me and sent me pictures of worn out parts that need replacing. I very much appreciate this. At least these people seem to know what they're doing..
