This is easily my favorite Autoshop. I had a transmission go on a new to me 2013 Nissan Sentra.. Minhs accurately diagnosed the issue and BEFORE they fixed it looked up my warranty info. The transmission was covered by the dealership. This diligence saved me thousands and cost the shop thousands.. they were honest. What a nice company. They have a customer for life.

They seem very professional. However, my advice to anyone before taking their car to ANY mechanic, check for any recalls! especially if you're the second owner (You might not get the recall letter). Go to this site and enter your VIN: nhtsa.gov/recalls I brought my car to MINHS. in addition to problems with various parts, they mentioned the ABS computer needs to be replaced. They told me it would cost $1500 for this alone! This was a little hard for me to accept. I did a google search for "Volkswagen Jetta ABS recall" and learned: "Volkswagen dealers will update the ABS control module software to improve the module's self-testing abilities. Any module that fails the new diagnostic test will be replaced. These repairs will be made free of charge. The recall began February 2017. Owners may contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-800-893-5298." autoblog.com/buy/2009-Vo… Glad this isn't costing me anything. it would be nice if mechanics did a check on any recalls (to save customers money) Until than, be a smart consumer and check yourself. That being said, I know nothing about cars. They took the time to explain problems to me and sent me pictures of worn out parts that need replacing. I very much appreciate this. At least these people seem to know what they're doing..

I've been a customer for years now, bringing in my Volvo V70 XC. This car is being kept roadworthy by the team. I am very happy about the care they take with the mechanical services they provide . They are cost competitive, and do quick turnarounds... TIP! Thanks Guys!

These are people you can trust. They are accurate in their diagnosis of your problem, and do not oversell more expensive alternatives. The staff is friendly, and willing to work within your schedule. I travel from Suffolk County to their Brooklyn for Service on my Volvo.

This was one of best experiences I had at a shop. I'm pretty selective about where I take my Audi. I live in Queens, but my coworker told me to check this place out. Some places don't know what they're doing but Vinny was very professional and hooked me up. He explained why I kept getting a hard shift with my car. The digital inspection also gave me a first hand look at everything he was telling me. Every person on his team was knowledgeable and efficient.
