In simplest words, Shockingly and Unbelievably A Wonderful Experience. James at MINH's not only a very nice and kind person but also provided in full details of the problems and condition of my car, I can't recall ever having such a pleasurable, honest and genuine helpful experience. My reply to James upon his finishing of his diagnosis and recommendations was, "God Bless you, where have you been all my life." In today's world where almost everything has become about quickly maximizing profit regardless of hardship for others, one may have better chance of hitting lotto jackpot than finding A True Professional with Dignity who takes pride in his / her work with genuine care for the customer and customer's safety at heart. James at MINH's seems to be that and more. I honestly believe as long I own a car, I will be going there for all future service and repairs.

I dealt with James at MINHS who I felt to an honest and professional person. After the service, he followed up in about 10 days to see how the car was and if experienced any issue after which received in about two weeks received the survey, which I find very comforting especially when most places in particular of dealers' surveys are sent the same day or day after of the service when customer couldn't possibly had a chance to evaluate of the work done. Stopped in here today for an oil change and courtesy check on my Honda Accord, James was very helpful and took the time to go over what I needed in the near future and provided a link to the inspection results that I could access online. I liked the personalized service these guys seem to give everyone, far better than the dealers. Their estimates were also quite reasonable. I'm going back soon for all the things they noted, a good indy mechanic is hard to find - try these guys out, you won't be sorry.

Amazing service, extremely knowledgeable very professional and helpful and honest. I have taken Audi S8 to them after dealing with an Audi dealership who had no idea how to fix my vehicle which they make! I took it here and they have found the issue and have help me fix them problems after great Communication between me and them I highly recommend this shop to everyone especially people how have high end German cars.

I heeded the great reviews and took in my simi-newly purchased 12 year old VW for an overall check up. They looked it over thoroughly and presented me with a comprehensive report that was easy for me to understand. After speaking with the shop foreman for over an hour about my concerns, we agreed on work to be done that was necessary and to pause on a few items for future work. It's an important gesture in an otherwise untrustworthy vocation. A problem occurred a few days later while driving upstate. I called and immediately they responded with a solution that worked for everybody. The problem was fixed, you could say almost before the problem occurred. I actually can't express enough how unbelievably personal, professional and upstanding this business operates at. One can only guess anything other than a positive experience at Minhs would have the bar raised so high, it would be out of sight for your average citizen in NYC.
