MINHS is straightforward in what they do, honest about what you need, and respectful of what you may or may not know about the inner workings of your car. They check in often, and let you know just what's happening. I won't go anywhere else.

Brought my 2011 BMW here with a multitude of problems after having received a quote and a questionable diagnostic from the BMW of Manhattan service center. Nick was so super helpful and cool and straightforward. The diagnostic report he ran was better than anything I'd ever received from BMW. He was honest and transparent in what the car needed vs what was suggested. Pricing was a third of what I was quoted at BMW. Service was fast and spot on. Thank you. This will be my go-to spot from now on.

James at MINH's not only a very nice and kind person but also provided in full details of the problems and condition of my car, I can't recall ever having such a pleasurable, honest and genuine helpful experience. In today's world where almost everything has become about quickly maximizing profit regardless of hardship for others, one may have better chance of hitting lotto jackpot than finding A True Professional with Dignity who takes pride in his / her work with genuine care for the customer and customer's safety at heart. I have taken my vehicle into MINHS twice in the last few months for parts and service and have come away both times impressed and greatly satisfied. They are very honest, very courteous and when they couldn't manage to see me, they arranged for another nearby garage to help me! I only wish they had more room to park or pull up. It's a tricky intersection. I recommend them very highly

We saw the great reviews online and came to have an inspection done on a car that we were going to take over the lease from. Vinny at the shop greeted us and was professional, courteous and accommodating. We had to leave to fight the traffic, and he both called us and emailed us with a detailed report after an hour or so. He stressed the amount of body damage that he saw on the car, and when we checked with the leasing agency they told us that we would be responsible. Thanks to Vinny and MINHS we decided not to take the lease. Great service guys, and thanks for being honest and reliable.
