Always great service

Very happy with my experience at MINHS. I deal/dealt mostly with Vinny. He's very cognitive on the workings of BMWs. Off the bat, this was a very easy transaction. I called and set and appt. Upon arrival, I noticed how clean the shop was and all the workers were professional and focused on actually doing work. Vinny pulled up my info and I was happy I didn't have to reiterate what the issue was, because it had been recorded in their database, prior to my arrival. My car was repaired within the timeframe set. I received multiple courtesy calls with status updates on the repair. They even washed and detailed the car after the repair. As long as I own a german car, MINHS will be my shop of choice.

Very happy overall with these guys. They fixed a leak in the engine. They charged me for the issue I had and not try to find something else. The price was fair compare to Audi official shop where they always try to rip you off. Keep up providing please the same service.

Excellent honest work

Evaluation was thorough. Triage of what needed to be done and what could wait was forthright. Repairs were done in accordance with the estimate. Car was ready when promised. People were courteous, friendly and professional. I'd recommend them.

The staff and Mgmt.were very professional,the treatment I received about my car was excellent,they broke down all the faults of the car and explained in detail what they were going todo to repair them, When I received my mini, I felt very comfortable in driving it.
