Overall I have always had a positive experience at MINHS. This time was no different. After initially getting my car on a Friday night and noticing there were still issues, I brought it back Saturday morning and Vinny made a point to stay late that day to make sure everything was completed and safe for me to drive. Vinny and the entire staff went way above and beyond. I appreciate it more than you know!

As always, service was excellent.

I brought in my '06 A6 and had all 4 brakes/rotors replaced and the team was able to get it done same day. They also conducted a thorough inspection of the car and pointed out some issues that I had a feeling were occurring. I appreciated the constant communication throughout the day along with the wash. I will definitely be back again.

Took my E36 M3 in last fall Strut Brace install and returned shortly after that for a Stage 3 Software Upgrade and Throttle Body/CAI install - car drives, handles and sounds amazing. Thanks for your high level of attention and courteous service!

Been going to MINHS for a few years now and I am always impressed by the level of professionalism. I have had some bad experience in the past which has caused me to approach mechanics with a lot of caution and scruples, but the MINHS guys always take the time to explain my options. Some of the services are pricier than others, but I think the experience is worth it.

Even though I felt like I was getting on Johns nerves calling everyday about my car, (the warranty company was paying for repairs), he still answered all questions without any attitude! Great customer service!!! Every time I felt welcomed...even after I brought my car back to put on a license plate bracket in the front of my BMW 528xi. Finding a reliable shop is hard to do in the south, and I'm sure even harder in NYC. But I've found my repair shop for my new BMW. Thanks guys!

Excellent service. Did what they said they would when they said they would. I also asked them to check some concerns; they did and they confirmed that I should not be concerned. At my last mechanic, each concern cost me dearly and was most likely not a cause for concern. Anyway, I really like these folks and I trust them. And I drove away feeling safe in my car.
