I know very little when it comes to cars, so I find myself distrustful of most mechanics. I assume they are taking advantage of my ignorance and charging me for repairs and labor that I either don't need, or never occurred in the first place. Not MINHS. Not only did they provide a very detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done, but they explained what repairs were absolutely necessary, and what we could wait on. John, specifically, could not have been nicer. It is rare in this industry (or any industry) to find people who handle customer service with grace and professionalism. Thank you MINHS for the experience you provided. We hope our Volvo doesn't need work any time soon, but if it does, there is no place we'd rather take it. Thank you!
