Found MINHS several years ago--no more "rip-offs" at MINI of Manhattan! Great helpful guys there and great service at reasonable costs. I highly recommend MINIHS.

I know very little when it comes to cars, so I find myself distrustful of most mechanics. I assume they are taking advantage of my ignorance and charging me for repairs and labor that I either don't need, or never occurred in the first place. Not MINHS. Not only did they provide a very detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done, but they explained what repairs were absolutely necessary, and what we could wait on. John, specifically, could not have been nicer. It is rare in this industry (or any industry) to find people who handle customer service with grace and professionalism. Thank you MINHS for the experience you provided. We hope our Volvo doesn't need work any time soon, but if it does, there is no place we'd rather take it. Thank you!

Nick and his team did their best to accommodate my service requests. I needed a couple of parts that could have easily delayed the repair or caused me to bring the car back in a second time. However, they were able to work it out so all repairs were done at one time with no issues. They also honored a special promotional offer as well as proactively giving me credit for a repair on a part that went defective within a year. As a woman, I always expect to be underestimated about my car knowledge and overcharged for unnecessary repairs. I don't worry about that with the guys at MINHS. They run a first-class operation with a clean, professional shop. I highly recommend them.

MINHS won us over as our go-to auto shop with attention to detail and customer service. There's a culture of thorough explanation and good communication that's new to me in auto shops. I usually set up an appointment and when I arrive, the guy I talked with is ready for me and provides pre-service paperwork. I get a call later in the day with a detailed estimate, and then approve the aspects of the work I want to go ahead with. The car is always ready when promised. Although they nominally close at 6 PM, they've been very flexible about my getting there later from my office in Manhattan. We've done big jobs there and little jobs, and they've been generous about little freebies - they don't nickel and dime. On the rare occasion when something needs more attention, they fix it without question. I'm happy to recommend MINHS to my friends.

John is a consummate professional, always ensuring that the customer is aware of the next steps and on board. He grasps the idea that our relationship is about understanding what I need and then making recommendations to get me closer to my goals, with a car that is running well. MINHS Automotive partners with me, and they want to exceed my expectations . . . and they often do. I recommend them with no reservations or caveats.

The Technician in which i dealt with was Vincent. His attention to deatail & timely correspondence to keep me abreast of my cars progress was a breath of fresh air.
