I'm a return customer. Brought my 2001 Audi TT Roadster there. Very professional in all aspects of the service. They will listen to your concerns about your car, do an inspection of your car for other items that need your attention. They include the actual photos. They then review the items on the report, and decided on a course of action. The work that I originally gone in for was basically scheduled servicing. They found other things that needed to be looked at. No problem...I want the car to be trouble free for long drives. I had some of them repaired now, and others a little later. Overall they're honest, knowledgeable and great technicians.

I have a 2003 VW Jetta and MINHS has been a huge part of why the car still runs great. From tires to shocks to fuel filter I have been provided with concise options for addressing the ebb and flow of a 12 year old car. After searching online for a decent Audi repair shop, I came across Minhs. They were certainly a refreshing find. People are always nervous going to any mechanic shop and they should be guarded as its notorious for shadiness, shoddy work, and pricey surprising fees. I’ve experienced non other than great service, communication, and transparency. They care about the work they are doing and I would say the prices are great for the personalized service they do. I’ve owned my Audi AQ7 for 5 years and I trust Minhs to keep it running great for many years to come.

This is my to go to place when I need work on my Audi. They are fast, proficient and knows the in's and out of my s4 and I would not hesistat to recommend them to anyone.

MINHS is great. They are thorough with their assessment of the repair needs to my car. I have been back twice now and every time I feel like they treat my car with care and respect. I also want to say that Michael Wildman is a great representative for MINHS! He speaks with clarity and never "talks down" to me, even if I don't quite understand they problem with my car. He is descriptive and detailed in his explanations and reasons for repairs. I have sent at least one of my friends there so far, and they were pleased as well! (we are both VW owners). This is a friendly no ripoff auto shop. I have been a client for several years which started with my Saab. This was the only should that was equipped to service this class of car. I go there to server my nissan. I get reminders when its time for service and good discounts.

As someone who tends to be skeptical of mechanics and particular about keeping my Audi in good order I have been very happy with my experience at MINHS. They have been very responsive, fair, and fast. Michael is very clear and always very professional. I recommend them whenever I can and have never been disappointed.

I have been using Minhs this past year after relying on the Audi dealer for service. The staff at Minhs are amazing! They are so respectful and courteous; I only wish I found them sooner! They do really great work and charge considerably less than the Audi dealer. I am not a car person, so I really appreciate them taking the time to show me the issues on my vehicle. I highly recommend them if you drive an Audi!
