On my second car that's being serviced by Minhs and felt it was time to just call them out as being a total class act. No BS, very clear explanation, appropriate use of technology. Just fantastic all around.

James was friendly, courteous, and informative. He gave the impression that he really wants his clients to understand the process for evaluating repairs and maintenance without pressuring one to spend on unnecessary items. I recently purchased a used BMW, took it to the dealership and was quoted close to $200 for an oil change, $400 for a car check, and $200 to replace an air filter. Found amazing reviews for MINHS so gave them a call and they saw me the next day while charging less than half the price of the dealership. On top of that, they washed the car and provided a comprehensive AND complimentary car check, including pictures and knowledge-base material. Thanks!

I'm a return customer. Brought my 2001 Audi TT Roadster there. Very professional in all aspects of the service. They will listen to your concerns about your car, do an inspection of your car for other items that need your attention. They include the actual photos. They then review the items on the report, and decided on a course of action. The work that I originally gone in for was basically scheduled servicing. They found other things that needed to be looked at. No problem...I want the car to be trouble free for long drives. I had some of them repaired now, and others a little later. Overall they're honest, knowledgeable and great technicians.

From tires to shocks to fuel filter I have been provided with concise options for addressing the ebb and flow of a 12 year old car. After searching online for a decent Audi repair shop, I came across Minhs. They were certainly a refreshing find. People are always nervous going to any mechanic shop and they should be guarded as its notorious for shadiness, shoddy work, and pricey surprising fees. I’ve experienced non other than great service, communication, and transparency. They care about the work they are doing and I would say the prices are great for the personalized service they do. I’ve owned my Audi AQ7 for 5 years and I trust Minhs to keep it running great for many years to come.
