My most recent repair was a warranty issue to replace the AC compressor that was done 4 months ago. The repair was fine, and I appreciate that the warranty was honored at no cost to me. However, I dropped my car off at 8:45am on Monday, 11/18, and didn't get it back until Friday, 11/22. It's great that Minhs is so busy but annoying when I make an appointment and it takes more than 4 days to complete the repair. It makes me suspicious that my car sat there for a couple of days before the work began. There was no explanation for this.
