Everybody was super friendly, explained what needed to be done and the service was reasonably priced. I received an email with all the details and was called when my car was ready.

literally, the best experience i've had with car service for my bmw. i have been in nyc for almost 10 years and (unfortunately) have always taken my car to bmw for service. i can't imagine how much $ and time i have wasted over the past years - i wish i'd known about minhs! my car was serviced quickly (bmw took 2.5 days just to let me KNOW what was going on with my car); john at minhs let me know within the hour. i paid less than half of bmw's quote to me. the only downside for me is that they are in brooklyn but i would drive hours to these guys!! i will definitely be bringing my car to minhs for as long as i have it. highly recommend!!!

From the welcome that I received to the details of what was wrong with my car, the service I received was top-notch. Nick was very courteous and professional and provided detailed pictures of the parts that needed to be repaired. He even went the extra mile to explain the parts that absolutely needed to be replaced at the moment and what could wait a couple of months. He was very considerate of our budgetary concerns and helped us fix our car and also plan ahead for the near future. We also received the car fully washed, which was totally unexpected and highly appreciated. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

As always very satisfied with MINHS service staff. Always timely, efficient and most pleasant! I don't feel "ripped off" for lack of better words whenever my service is complete with MiNHS. Great auto repIr facility. They are also very accommodating with their scheduling as I am always requesting specific days and times and I am always accommodated to the best of their ability!
