The technicians are professional and highly experienced. I love that they explain problems with your car in clear, understandable language and inform you up front of the cost for the repairs. They notify you by phone to give you a timeframe of when the car will be ready and also call to let you know when the car is ready. I always feel like I'm receiving attentive, quality customer service when I'm there. I'm extremely happy with my auto care center and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. I had a significant amount of work done to my 2010 vw cc sport. The detail provided about the work and the customer service rep, mike, were great. He answered all questions, dealt with vw corporate and a third party insurance company without complaint. Car was clean and washed when I picked it up and is running very well. Work is guaranteed for 2 years and 24,000 miles. thanks Minhs.

I have been a client for 5 years with a Saab and a Mazda. While they are probably not the least expensive shop around, they have always been professional and honest.
