They are great. They keep my '99 Camry (that the dealer said to kill 6 years ago) driving as if new. I regularly drive to Florida and Michigan no problem. The only sad thing is that I got a $30 off coupon in the mail from them the day after the work was done... oh well!

Amazing service. Everything was done earlier than the estimate I was given, and your staff was courteous and professional. Michael was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with in regards to the service and repairs made to the vehicle. We struggled to find a reliable and honest auto shop since we moved to NYC - We are thrilled to have found MINHS, and wouldn't bring our cars anywhere else in the City.

I haven't' found a reason to complain nor to not go back. I've gotten excellent service every time I've gone there. I say give them a chance.

Drove there from midtown, not a bad ride, and they brought me to the R train stop in my own car, making it very easy for me. The service folks were very nice, and very helpful. They charged approximately 1/5 of the Audi of Manhattan price. Their labor alone is 106/hour vs 169 and they are much more efficient with that time. They also had my car detailed by a local resource and everything was ready for me when I arrived. They charged $169 for the detailing vs the "special offer" at Audi of Manhattan" which they said was a short term promo of $199. Need I say more?

Owning a 16 year old Audi is never going to be inexpensive, but these guys have kept me out of trouble for a couple of years now, suggesting prudent maintenance and quickly responding to issues that have come up. My 1998 A4 station wagon is running better now than it has since I bought it as a dealer car in 1999. They calmly diagnose trouble and quickly provide a well-thought-out estimate for any repairs. Their work is clean and they are usually done earlier than they estimate. Highly recommended.
