Highly professional staff. Thorough and knowledgable work performed on my '98 m3 and all parts were pre-ordered and verified prior to my arrival- it was great talking to the guys about future tuning upgrades for the car and track prep recommendations

The technicians are professional and highly experienced. I love that they explain problems with your car in clear, understandable language and inform you up front of the cost for the repairs. They notify you by phone to give you a timeframe of when the car will be ready and also call to let you know when the car is ready. I always feel like I'm receiving attentive, quality customer service when I'm there. I'm extremely happy with my auto care center and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
