I had a significant amount of work done to my 2010 vw cc sport. The detail provided about the work and the customer service rep, mike, were great. He answered all questions, dealt with vw corporate and a third party insurance company without complaint. Car was clean and washed when I picked it up and is running very well. Work is guaranteed for 2 years and 24,000 miles. thanks Minhs.

I have been a client for 5 years with a Saab and a Mazda. While they are probably not the least expensive shop around, they have always been professional and honest.

I was extremely pleased with MINHS and with Nick (Service Rep). They were professional, courteous, detail-oriented and really cared about their customers. They sent me reminders of my appointment. After they checked my vehicle they sent me pictures of the issues that they found and followed that up with a phone call with a detailed explanation. Lastly, they called me a few days after the service to make sure that everything was okay and that I was satisfied with everything.

Everybody is very nice. My car is ready and fixed earlier than I expect. I would recommend MINHS to a friend in a heartbeat.

Helpful, honest and forthright. Tells it to me straight and doesn't try to convince me to do something I don't want to do. And are good prognosticators :)

I've been using MINHS and their service I've been pretty good.

After taking my car to three different auto shop no one could find the problem with my car, but after taking my car to MINHS they found the problem the same and fix it the next day. The mechanics there were very professional and would refer minhs to other people
