Just bought a 2000 Saab 9-5 SE and of course took it to a mechanic right away to see all the imminent repairs to come. Because Saab's are known to be problematic, I took my baby to MINHS, after researching and reading reviews on Yelp. Although the car is close to mint aesthetically, the insides were not. Michael gave estimates on all necessary repairs and broke it down in language that made a lot of sense to a layman. Essentially the repairs were just normal wear and tear that the previous (and only one) owner never had done. Repairs involving timing belt, suspension, tires, wheel alignment, etc were taken care of in less than one week. Unfortunately within two days, we started noticing a whistling noise upon acceleration. When we brought it back, they fixed it within an hour, realizing it was a just pulley that needed to be adjusted - something to do with the tension of the serpentine belt that was affected after the replacement of the timing belt. They didn't charge me for the pulley and were super polite. I will be back for all maintenance and repairs. I never experienced mechanics so professional, courteous, and trustworthy.
