Based on my experience, I'd say you can believe all the good reviews about MINHS. For all the following reasons: - It was easy to set up an appointment, and they even sent you a text to confirm. - I did not have to wait to talk with someone once I arrived. - They treated all customers, including me, in a professional and friendly manner. - They were happy to answer questions and explain further whenever I didn't understand. - Prices and services were fairly quoted and held to. - The car was delivered back to me in a timely fashion and with the repairs completed as described. I have been there for a oil change, inspection and to replace some shocks that were busted on these god foresaken Brooklyn roads. Based on my experience I can recommend them without reservation.

SWEET RELIEF! I am elated to have found Minh's Auto. I have been a repeat customer over the last year for my '08 5-series BMW. Minh's is a boutique shop which has an incredibly knowledgeable staff and a very customer-friendly environment. I bring my car without fear of being taken advantage of and I always leave with the reassurance that my car has been serviced properly. Minh's only repairs what is required. I know this because I wanted to get my front brakes done and after a thorough assessment I was told I did not have to spend the money at that time. Instead, I was provided a detailed assessment (in writing) of what I should consider doing and what repairs were mandatory to keep my car in good shape. The assessments have not been wrong so I trust Michael without qualification when he tells me what repairs my car will need going forward. I am *so* grateful for Minh's because I am 100% confident that I am maintaining my older car with top notch service. Tam Minh is an extremely generous owner and he returns the investment you make in his business with utmost integrity and sterling service for foreign/luxury cars. This place is a godsend for anyone with an older car and expired dealer warranty. The five star rating is well deserved.
