Hands down, the best auto repair shop experience ever. First off, super nice people there, personable, competent and without the usual "I am an expert" arrogance. They sent me a courtesy check up report and broke down must have fixes and nice to haves. Frankly, it was way more expensive than I had expected and thus, I had them only address the must haves (which obviously included fixing the issue I came for in the first place). When I picked up the car, John walked me through what they had done and gave me a freshly cleaned (yes, interior and exterior) car back. Next day I got a follow up call and they asked me whether everything was fine (which it was). My only caveat would be that I feel the prices are a bit on the top end of things - which you would expect from an operation like this - but which I might not always be able to afford. This said, with a serious or complex issue, I would only come here from now on forward.

Excellent service, that's why I keep going back to them. I suggest you give them a try. I'm going to keep going back there anytime I need to.

This was my second time with these guys. They are incredibly professional and polite. They offer fair prices for labor, best prices for parts, and are very honest about what services are recommended versus which ones are dire. I'm happy to have found my go-to auto shop.

My experience with this shop was great and to top it off you get you car back nice and clean which was a bouse for me I took my bmw E92 here where they know exactly what was wrong with it I wouldn't take my car any where else

Although a little pricey(NO where near what a dealer would have charged) an absolutely great experience. From the time the appointment was made to the time I picked a freshly cleaned car I could not have asked for more. Every step was communicated and nothing was done without my authorization. I knew my vehicle had a multitude of problems and i had limited finances. Michael helped me strategically plan a path as it relates to problems that needed immediate attention and those that could wait without compromising safety or the life of the car. Far better service than any dealer mechanic I have gone to. I will go back to complete our plan.

Nick and John have been awesome to deal with regarding scheduling and keeping me updated on what was going on with the car. The guys in the garage have done a killer job on the parts that have needed replacement. Can't recommend Mihns highly enough. Jeff
