I had been having problems with my BMW X5. My old mechanic from the neighborhood, who did good work with my Explorer, was out of his depth working on my X5. I took it to MINHS and they repaired my car and I was confident they knew what they were doing.

I selected your shop based on online ratings and the phone conversation that I had prior to coming into the shop. The person that answered the phone was very professional. That one conversation gained my trust. I brought the car in for a post-purchase inspection. The head mechanic took the time to explain the needed repairs and provided me with an estimate for each item. I have no complaints. However, later hours during the week would be helpful.

Very pleased with my first visit. The dealer had recommended a couple of expensive services, which I was not sure I needed. Vinny said that it was not necessary at this time. The car evaluation indicated that I needed new filters, which I know is true because the dealer also suggested it a few months back. I will certainly recommend them.
