I have been taking my 2005 Volvo there for years now. I wouldn't trust any other shop with the car, since most of them don't even know how to change the oil. Minh's is always professional and courteous, does the work quickly and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. Annnddd they knwo Volvos inside out.

I take my 1996 VW Passat here once a year for various repairs and tune-ups. They are always friendly and professional. I never feel like I'm paying too much or getting pressured into unnecessary repairs. My car is running great and I plan on continuing to have my car serviced there.

Took my car back for some additional servicing and got a bit worried when I was told there are some other problems they want to look into. At first I reacted that this was another typical mechanic scam but cautiously went ahead and gave them the go ahead to diagnose the issue. When I went to pick up the car at the end of the day, I was quite surprised how honest they were. They said that they failed to diagnose the issue and did not feel they could charge me for their time. They even offered to hand wash my car. These guys are definitely trustworthy! Five stars!

Been taking my car here for some years - they rarely recommend much work beyond the basics, so i was surprised when they suggested changing struts and shocks. But this 90 thousand mile old honda is now driving and handling like a new car - porbably safer than before, definitely more enjoyable. The high quality car wash was a pleasant addition. Highly recommended.

I truly cannot recommend this shop enough. Finding somewhere to take your car in NYC is difficult...until I found MINHS. They did in 1 hour for $175 what the dealership wanted a day and $450 to do. They are honest, professional, friendly, quick, thorough, and knowledgable. Everything you could ask for. They are very easy to work with and you can get your car in quickly for repairs. I'll never go anywhere else.

I am a recent transplant to Manhattan and brought my car along. I had always had it serviced at a BMW dealer, but after hearing other owners experiences with the dealers in the area I decided that it was time to look elsewhere. I worked with Mike Wildman at MINHS and he was fantastic. Very fair in his prices and the quality of the work has so far proven to be excellent. I don't know a lot of people with cars in the city, but I will tell all I speak with about MINHS, (even though I would really like to keep them a secret so that I don't have to wait a long time to get in to see them in the future)
