I appreciate the consultation on repairs of the car. It helps to know how to better take care of my car and what to expect.

Drove there from midtown, not a bad ride, and they brought me to the R train stop in my own car, making it very easy for me. The service folks were very nice, and very helpful. They charged approximately 1/5 of the Audi of Manhattan price. Their labor alone is 106/hour vs 169 and they are much more efficient with that time. They also had my car detailed by a local resource and everything was ready for me when I arrived. They charged $169 for the detailing vs the "special offer" at Audi of Manhattan" which they said was a short term promo of $199. Need I say more?

Owning a 16 year old Audi is never going to be inexpensive, but these guys have kept me out of trouble for a couple of years now, suggesting prudent maintenance and quickly responding to issues that have come up. My 1998 A4 station wagon is running better now than it has since I bought it as a dealer car in 1999. They calmly diagnose trouble and quickly provide a well-thought-out estimate for any repairs. Their work is clean and they are usually done earlier than they estimate. Highly recommended.
