I've written before on Minh's behalf when I first started using the company during an acute battery/alternator failure that was the work of the former AAA station in Cobble Hill (the Shell Super Station on Atlantic). Those bozos stripped the wires from my alternator; Tam Minh figured out what they'd done and fixed the problem for a relatively minimal sum. Every since, he's been taking care of my car for all things big and small. I trust him, his dad, Vinny, and the rest of the shop and can't recommend them more.

Service was great. However, it would be much appreciated if I can get an appointment on a shorter notice versus 1 week in advance.

The work Minh's did was great - an overall check-out on my 2003 Jetta, an electrical fix for an ignition problem, oil change & inspection. The customer service experience was top notch. Everything happened on the schedule that was laid out when I dropped off the car, and everything was explained in detail. They even gave me information I needed for some work that they recommended but that I could do myself. Really a first-rate experience; I'm happy to have found Minh's, and I'm pleased that they will be caring for my Jetta from now on!

The technicians are very knowledgeable, especially with German cars. They seem to know about even the strangest of issues experienced in particular models and years. The quality of work is on-par/better than what most dealerships provide. The labor costs will be more than your n'hood auto-shop, but less than dealerships.The team is professional, approachable and patient with customers. Work site is well kept and organized.

Michael was perfect. Quick, inexpensive, pleasant, trustworthy.

I had a wonderful experience and Tam gave me the advice I needed to the additional repairs needed on the car. I was in no way pressured into getting any additional work at the time of service. The price was also affordable.
