Great work on my saab,communicated well with me, I highly reccomend MINHS. I also appreciate their professionalism. The email and text reminders of appointments were also helpful.

Vinny and Thy are really nice, friendly, and trustworthy. That's hard to find in an auto mechanic. I could not be happier with my experience here. My VW Jetta TDI is a bit tricky because its a diesel, which is not that common in NY. They always know how to keep it humming smooth though!

Great service as usual from MINHS. I worked with Michael Wildman this time and found him to be very thorough He really took the time to explain what was happening with the car and what needed to be done to remedy it. As a female and someone who doesn't know much about cars, I often feel that I might be taken advantage of when dealing with car repairs. However I don't feel that when dealing with the mechanics at MINHS. They are very upfront about both the cost and how much time they estimate the service will take and update you if it's going to be longer. I would highly recommend the team at MINHS.

Employees are great. Vinnie booked me in over the phone and Tam took delivery, both were helpful and professional, in fact Tam immediately put the car up on the lift to see if my problem might be part of some previous work done and thus under warranty - no such luck- but a great attitude. Ended up needing a new part ordered. It was nice to be able to see the part I needed (catalytic converter) and the work was done on time and below estimate- and the car was all cleaned up when I picked it up.

The team really goes the extra mile in explaining & documenting everything to their customers. I would recommend them again and again.

My wife and I have always had a great experience at Minhs. They are always polite and efficient and always take time to thoroughly explain the problem. They never push you to make unnecessary repairs and all the work they have done for us has been top quality. Nobody ever wants to take their car in to be fixed but Minhs certainly makes the experience a great one.

I do like this place a lot. I only give 4 stars because you really have to knock my socks off to get 5. I have a 12yo "classic" car that I try to keep in very good shape, mechanically. I never have a problem at Minhs. I go in with issues, they take a day to find the problem(s) and carefully explain what has to be done and how much it will cost. I've been there three or four times and have never had a bad surprise, or found out that the work wasn't done exactly as was explained. Honestly, I never feel apprehensive taking my car there. You shouldn't either.

I continue to recommend MINHS because of it's quality of service and great customer service. I take comfort in knowing that my car is well looked after and MINHS is a part of that.

Customer Service was great. They explained what was wrong with my car, how long it would take and what needed to be fixed and what "could wait" to be fixed.

Let's see, prompt, courteous, thorough, professional, excellent communication. The car was ready when promised. Michael is fantastic. MINHS corrected another shop's mis-diagnosis and saved me over $3,000 in needless work. The only place in NYC where I'll take my BMWs.
