Set up an appointment for a tire change, and Michael helped me pick out the right brand and model for me on the phone. Two days later, the tires went on as planned, and they even let me leave it overnight so I could finally do some Christmas shopping. I've found MINHS staff to be meticulous about explaining what work they recommend and what actually happened in the doing.

Everyone at MINHS was extremely friendly, courteous, and polite. They explained what they were going to do with my car in a clear, easily comprehensible, and, at the same time, comprehensive way. They welcomed my questions and addressed all of them to my complete satisfaction. They called me after the completion of the work on my car to confirm that I was satisfied with their work and to encourage me to call them if any problems arose.
