This place is awesome. It was 45 min before closing on a Saturday and they willingly said I could bring my car in so they could take a look and see what they could do. They fixed it right then and there and I was on my way. Definitely recommend going here for all your car needs - you will not be disappointed!

Comfort level for expertise in European cars 5 stars Communication and information from inspection 5 stars Ease of scheduling and speed of service 5 stars Price, inline with expected in the market, 4.5 stars WORK ON CAR - N/A I came in to get a pre-purchase inspection and they were great, they even gave me the advice that I didn't want to hear, which was not to buy the car I wanted, but is going to save me tons of money and aggravation. The only reason I gave them 4 starts as opposed to 5 is that I have yet to evaluate any work done on the vehicle yet since I didn't get any repairs performed. I intend on going back to them for additional pre-purchase inspections and future work, so will amend this review as I have more experience with the guys.

Got an appointment when I wanted it, thorough information solicited, prompt call with needed repairs and estimate, quick completion of work. Thought price was fair. Easy, pleasant experience. definitely returning.

Good experience with older BMW 318ti. Service mgr was friendly and helpful. Did not push couple of things wrong that we agreed could wait on. Price of parts and service was reasonable (for a BMW, that is!) If I need service, would go here again.
