The prices they quoted were accurate, work was done early and most importantly correctly. I would recommend this to others for mini repair.

I've been going to Minhs for years and love their service. Tam is great; he takes the time to answer all my questions and emails me pictures of the gnarly stuff they find in my car (clogged air filters, rusty drums). They also keep good digital records so I don't have to. Highly recommend!

My experience at MINHS Auto Care Center was wonderful! I'm from Georgia but I live in Brooklyn. When my car broke down a few weeks ago, I had no idea where to take it. I found MINHS through a Google search and I'm very happy with their service. Vinny, the guy that dealt with my car, was nice, patient, and knowledgable. AND they fixed all sorts of stuff in my car--including some damage done by rats!--in a timely manner. If you have a Volkswagen, take it to MINHS!

The staff at Minhs is simply great! My car runs and feels better every time I get it back. Good professionals, easy going and down to earth, they listen to what your problems are and try to get on top of it. They’re talented, priced fairly and focused on customer satisfaction. They run an honest business and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a 95 Saab 900S which is my baby. I was depressed when I moved back to the city from Vermont where I had my most loved Saab mechanic...that was until I took her into the crew at MINHS. They have great service and even sent me an email when it was time for her regular check up. I love that they offer that level of customer service and take great care of me and my car. The only down side is that I am starting to get that depressed feeling again as I am packing up to leave Brooklyn. Thanks for everything, gang!

Brought in my 99 Jetta after hearing clicking sounds while turning. Showed up for my 8am appointment on Wednesday to get new CV boot and axels replaced. Michael was very nice, but was unable to have it looked at until Thursday afternoon. After he ran me through a list of things that needed replacement (keep it mind its a 99), I agreed to having the CV boot and axels replaced, along with the front tie rod assembly. The following day after not hearing from Minh's all day, I decided to call around 3pm. They said it wouldn't be ready until Saturday. I told them I wouldn't be available to pick it up until Monday....somehow they were able to get my car ready by 5pm that day, go figure. I was happy that the car was ready, but not happy about my $1500 bill!!!! Additional service had been performed that I did not agree to, including $150 for a front ball joint/labor and $120 for an alignment!!! If I wanted a damn alignment I would pay $75 at PepBoys..... But I'm not done yet. The clicking/rubbing sound still persists when turning, and they tore up my favorite rear window sticker that I've had on for over a year from their "free" careless car wash, which also left half my rims dirty and half clean....wtf. Thanks Minh's

After being burned by another mechanic, I came to this shop quite skeptical they would be able to get work done on my car. I had recently purchased a used MB CLK-320 and needed a little bit of work on the water pump system and an all around inspection. While they misdiagnosed the Check Engine Light (due to the Mass Air Flow Sensor I replaced myself in 3 minutes), Tam + MINHS technicians were very quick about doing my repairs. They had also suggested other repairs I perform on my car, but I didn't quite have the budget and they were also nonessential. Prices are discounted when you pay in cash (you don't pay tax), but even the cash prices are a touch too high. Compared to the Mercedes dealership (or any official dealership), these guys will do a lot of the work for a good deal less and I would trust these guys with my car again. Very timely and knowledgeable!

Your better off joining a car forum, asking a friend, hopefully with a small garage and a good set of tools... I went for an oil change on my BMW, I told them because its an M3 its takes only one type of oil so please becareful... He said ok and will give me a call when its done... less then 10 mins later, I get a call saying my car takes a special type of oil and they have to order it, and now my cost has doubled... WOW i say, did i not just tell you that!!!, they basically wanna buy the oil at retail price then charge me $40 in labor... You would think that a shop of this so called "caliber & size" would be able to get a getter deal on oil better then what i can order online... like i said people, with the power of google and dedicated car forums, you can do maintenence yourself and save a ton. UPDATE: After writing this review i was contacted and offered free oil change service if i bought the oil and filter myself... I was gonna do the oil change myself but since they seem to care so much about good reviews, I figure i give them another shot... All went well with the oil change, ask for Tim if u have any problems,...

They took great care of my 15 year old saturn. If there was ever an issue, the guys would take time to explain what work needed to be done. I finally had to give up the saturn because of my growing family. But when my new toyota finally uses up its complementary 2 year service, I'm heading back for the great service at MINHS
