A/C had stopped working on 2001 Honda Odyssey. Based on internet reviews I brought the car to MINHS. They explained the steps they were going to do to diagnose/repair the problem and followed through promptly as promised. The repair required a replaced condenser - which was expensive, but I feared - and they could have told me - it was a condenser AND compressor which would have doubled the cost.

Since I don't speak car, I find myself reliant on blind faith when it comes to taking my car into the shop. These guys seem really honest and actually work with me to help keep my 13 year old (125,000 mi) Jetta working.

Vinny at MINHS was very personable and professional. The shop worked with our schedule and did good work. They were good about explaining, in detail, what was going on with my cooling system and gave me options before they did any work. I'd recommend them. Thank you for the good work.

My experience with your facility was a very positive one. Everyone I dealt with in phone and in person was great. Arrived at the shop at quarter after 8 and they took me even though they had a full docket. A rep called me when he said he would call me and outlined the service needed. Was done in advance of the time they said it would be. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I've taken my car to Minhs and both my husband and I feel they are trustworthy and knowledgeable. They diagnose problems quickly and let you know what work may need to be done in the future but don't force you to have work done. Each time they did work on the car I did have to bring it back for a minor fix before I got home, but they made adjustments quickly.

We've been taking our car to MINHS for a few years now, for small things like oil changes and inspections as well as larger issues. They are always honest, reliable, and never try to convince you to have work done that you don't need. They are friendly and professional, and we couldn't be happier with their service!

I am so pleased to have finally found a place where there is no bullsh***. I feel as though they are honest and straight up. They honor their time frames. I will continue to go to Minhs with my car and I will encourage others to do the same.

I like these guys. They seem professional, modern and on the "up & up." While I won't really know how I feel until I see how my car holds up, I feel good about the experience, and I also feel that they are a more honest lot than I dealt with at the dealer.
