I'm a busy person who procrastinates, so 48 hours before a road trip from NYC to Maine I brought my car in for a checkup. It needed major work, but MINHS did it in less time than I thought possible, and my 10 year old Jetta has never sounded better! They are realistic and honest about how much work I want to put in on an older car, what has to be done and what can wait a while.

Easy to make an appt- I trust the work and prides are very fair. Went for 60k service- got some other work done as a result of their inspection and everything went great. Going their for car service is just a great experience all around.

I like the way they took car of my car, advised me on what was needed and what should be done then and later on.

I recently had my Audi serviced at MINHS and was very impressed with their customer service. They were extremely willing to answer all of my questions, and seemed to be quite honest about the issues with my car, without forcing me to do anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. Also very reasonably priced. I'm pretty picky about where I take my car, since not everyone knows what to do with an Audi, but they seemed extremely knowledgeable, and seeing lots of other Audis and European cars in the shop was reassuring. I highly recommend taking your car to MINHS!

A/C had stopped working on 2001 Honda Odyssey. Based on internet reviews I brought the car to MINHS. They explained the steps they were going to do to diagnose/repair the problem and followed through promptly as promised. The repair required a replaced condenser - which was expensive, but I feared - and they could have told me - it was a condenser AND compressor which would have doubled the cost.

Since I don't speak car, I find myself reliant on blind faith when it comes to taking my car into the shop. These guys seem really honest and actually work with me to help keep my 13 year old (125,000 mi) Jetta working.

Vinny at MINHS was very personable and professional. The shop worked with our schedule and did good work. They were good about explaining, in detail, what was going on with my cooling system and gave me options before they did any work. I'd recommend them. Thank you for the good work.

Fast, professional , quality service

My experience with your facility was a very positive one. Everyone I dealt with in phone and in person was great. Arrived at the shop at quarter after 8 and they took me even though they had a full docket. A rep called me when he said he would call me and outlined the service needed. Was done in advance of the time they said it would be. Would definitely recommend.
