after being quoted for twice the price and double the work from another repair shop, I brought my 05 Highlander here for servicing. Jesse and Vinny were very nice and explained everything that needed to worked on. They did not try to push extra services on me and I believe I received a fair price. My car also has a lightbulb that needs to be replaced, but is extremely difficult to find. Even after picking up my vehicle, they said they would continue to find the part. These are great and will hopefully become my new neighborhood "go-to" repair shop

Very simply, for a BMW service in Brooklyn, nothing compares to Minh's. Particularly for an older model that is out of warranty, there's no reason to pay the outrageous prices that BMW dealers charge. Their record keeping is impeccable. Once they service your car they know your car and will take care of it.

I was satisfied with the work done on my car. The tech Jason worked really hard on getting me the right diagnostic. I now know what I have to fix.

I brought my vehicle in after making an appointment over the phone to do a brake fluid flush. It was done within an hour and they called to tell me it was ready to pickup, which I liked. The only knock was the traffic around the shop on 3rd Ave was a bit of a mess, I had to park across the street and they pulled it into the garage for me.

I feel the guys at MINHS know what to do and what to look for. I trust both their workmanship and diagnostics.

I came on the recommendation of a friend who had a good experience with Minh's. I had some warning lights go on (Check engine/ABS) with a foul exhaust coming from my 00 Explorer. No one likes to pay for car sevice, but I felt the price was reasonable. Was not keen on the fact that to get a diagnosis of both the check engine AND the ABS I had to pay twice, but in the end my car is working much better. I liked that Tam called me to explain in detail all that needed to be done. My car needs more work but it wasn't urgent and I like that I wasn't pushed into getting having it worked on more, which I will do when I get around to it. Nice shop. Clean and friendly.

I have been using MINHS Auto Care for over three years. They are simply the best. I have a 1999 Volvo S70, 142K miles. The only reason this car is still on the road is MINHS Auto Care exceptional service. Whenever something breaks I know they can take care of it. They are knowledgeable, skillful mechanics. And they are HONEST! You don't see that combination every day. I highly recommend this auto care center to everyone.
