I've had very good experiences at MINHS. They always have delivered what they said they would. They are very transparent. No complaints on the service either. The workmanship has been excellent. After the last service (replacement of heater core), I picked up my car and found that it had been washed! A nice touch there.

These guys are great with my VW Golf. They work on them all the time, know the recalls and weaknesses, and do a great job of repair. They're not the cheapest, but they take care of you. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking to establish an ongoing relationship with a VW mechanic.
