Service was very good. Pricing was very reasonable. Staff was very helpful. The only slight negative was that the relatively minor repairs took three days, which seemed excessive.

I recently purchased what could closely be called a "lemon". MINHS Auto were honest, patient and really friendly. They gave me an honest assessment of the what needed to be repaired and worked diligently to get to the source of the problem. In most situation this could an auto shops lucky day to charge me until my pockets bleed, but MINHS, they were actually looking out for me and really helped me keep costs down. I had a very positive experience and will continue to trust my current and future car to MINHS.

MINHS diagnosed what was wrong with my Mini Cooper, plus they let me know that it could be fixed under a recall at the dealership. Vinny was very helpful, knowledgable, and professional.

Do you own a Mercedes that is no longer under the dealers warranty? Have you decided that you will not be able to afford the repairs, and will have to sell it? Well, that is what I thought until I found Minhs through Google. What an incredible find! I cannot recommend Minhs and his shop of top notch mechanics enough. My car is nearly 10 years old and runs better now, then when I first purchased it, and was having it serviced by the dealer. Minhs is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and honest and his team really takes care of your car. Thanks to all of the excellent reviews several years ago I decided to hold onto my e320, and give an indy Mercedes shop a try. I am so very happy and fortunate I did! All I can say is, see for yourself. Bring in your Mercedes for a service, and join the rest of us who are still beaming years later, after finding a shop and a mechanic that excels in every way!

After a long weekend with friends n family in Brooklyn my 03 M3 started to run funny. I didn't really know what to do since I really don't have a mechanic but the dealer. A friend told me about a place in Brooklyn and since I was already around there I took the chance. Not only did they get my repairs done quickly they walked me throw the whole repair too, instead of just handing me a bill. And the bill was a lot cheaper then I was use to. Thanks guys I STRONGLY SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE.

This place is great. Fair prices, trustworthy people, great work, friendly, efficient and most of all, they do what they say they'll do. I go to these guys with my Audi A4 without hesitation. Been there 3 times and I've been super satisfied every time. Most of all, each time I expected my bill to be more than it was and was pleasantly surprised when it was less. Highly recommend.
