I've been taking my car here a few years now. The folks here are always super nice. I will say things don't always get resolved on the first visit, and there's always something off when I pick my car up. Random fasteners sitting on the carpet, personal property left in the car. Interior trim not put back together. They're generally pretty understanding and accommodating, but if you don't stay on top of it, you might notice some unfinished stuff later which can be a little disappointing

Great experience and they were super kind answering any questions I had. I rescheduled multiple times and they were very accommodating. They also had my car ready the next day, after I dropped it off with a lot that needed to be done. Can’t recommend these guys enough, Jason was super nice to work with.
