My review mirrors my usual thought process when thinking about taking my 2018 Volkswagen AllTrack to Minh's for any issue: First, I remember that Minh's is always straightforward and legit. I never feel like I'm getting played and they will always let me know if I can hold off on a service and for how long. They will describe the options that are available to me in detail. Also, they are efficient, professional and thorough. The second thing I associate with Minh's is it AIN"T CHEAP! I know that I'm going to pay more for the great service, expertise, a thoroughly done job and efficiency and that it FINE WITH ME. While I know that I could probably save some money at the VW dealership or another shop, I'll gladly pay a more for the peace of mind that the folks at Minh's did the needed service correctly and that they will stand by their work. The vibe at the shop is a positive one (from what I've experienced) which sets it apart from other shops I've dealt with in the past. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
