As always a very pleasant experience with my latest MINHS service experience for my 12 year old BMW X5, that you guys have been servicing for 8 of those years once my BMW warranty expired. I am constantly blown away with everyone's knowledge of BMW's !!

Amazing service!!! I am very happy and satisfied. I had several warning and fault lights on. Explanations on what the problems and the solutions were very clear and detailed. I was able to have the full plan to follow along with my mechanic Sam. I received courtesy phone calls to get me updated on progress and even after service was completed. Payment was a very easy online process for me. Picking up my car after office hours was done smoothly. I was very impressed by service provided. My baby feels brand new again!!!!

These guys are the best. My aging MINI Cooper has been unfortunately needy as of late. James and Chris have been essential in prolonging the life and performance of my little car. I had been servicing my car for all repairs and maintenance at the dealership I purchased it from for years now only to be disappointed in the drastic dip in quality the last few years. I did a quick search for local auto shops and MINHS came up. I am extremely grateful that the search lead me to MINHS, where I plan to bring my vehicle for all matters going forward! Chris and team were super attentive to details, communicative in approach, pricing and status and fixed my vehicle (which had an issue as a result of the dealership) correctly. The whole experience was pleasant, but the exclamation point was the follow-up call I received from the technician 2 days after I picked the vehicle up. The reason for the call: just to confirm everything was working as expected and that I was satisfied with the work. A+ business and service is right here!
