Excellent, professional and efficient service. They worked with me to get the job completed quickly when I had a time constraint. This was my second great experience at MINHS and I will go back for all my auto needs. Thank you Kevin!

A+++ work and amazing staff. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful when I brought in my Mercedes Benz E350 for some maintenance. They do fantastic work and are reasonably priced. Highly recommend MINH!

Diagnosed and fixed a long standing issue on a Subaru forester. Professional and communicative. They are transparent in their pricing and they provide truly excellent customer service. I am now bringing my cars there whenever needed. They are not the cheapest place in town…but you won’t have to fix problems 5 times and the peace of mind of knowing when you get your back is worth the well deserved premium. and it’s nice as you go on a road trip to know you paid for excellence.

Excellent friendly service. I had an early morning appointment; car was inspected quickly. And they did me a favor and checked my tires for a possible leak, and filled them properly. I will definitely use this shop again. You should too!!

Overpriced, lies, lies, and lies will sum up this business. Check every job they do if you ever go here, if you had been. Don't trust them. Avoid it at all cost. You will not only spend extra money on repairs and the job may never be done, what they state they have. After the initial inspection of my car, there were a few things to be fixed and replaced. $4000 for lower front control arms replacement, thermostat, coolant expansion tank, flushing brake and the steering fluids. $700? to replace the battery I declined. So what happened? The control arms make metal rubbing noise and the blame is of course something else, never what they worked on. I never had any sort of noise while steering before. There was a severe coolant leak after the job was done within a few days, it was dangerous for the car to be driven. I was told the car will be towed, but instead they decided to just come and drive the car away without the coolant, risking the total breakdown of my car, did not care at all. They simply lied saying the car was towed. Professionals? Absolutely not. They did not flush out the coolant completely when replacing the expansion tank that cracked(so claimed), they just decided to use the cheap coolant I had left in my car. I only found this out because I checked at the spot before leaving after paying, and they apologized for lying, asked me to come back to get it right. There's the second time lying to me. Once again, yes, again, my car had a complete coolant draining drama within weeks, it was another emergency, I brought it to them to sort it out, they claimed it was the bad water pump. $1200 to replace and work on the damaged drive belt they may have caused by driving the car with no coolant previously. At this point I was fed up, drove my car away. And guess what? I had an inspection on the water pump the next day by a professional with pressure, the water pump is fine! It was not broken nor leaking! That was another lie! Had I given them another chance, I would have wasted my $1200 for a drive belt($20)! Why? How do you guys call yourselves professionals? Aren't you ashamed? Why do you lie to your customers who come to give you business, money and the trust? Many of us rely on our cars to make a living, just like all of you in the shop working and trying. Your selfish lies ruined my car thus far, has not improved it, and I had to pay for it. Do you feel proud to have done this? You've thrown the trust and the business into a trash, tossed it, chasing money, nothing else.
