Tried these guys out after I moved to new neighborhood. I Feel totally scammed and disgusted. Took my beetle bug in for a check engine, paid over $1000 in repairs for that and a loose headlight. $159 to diagnose, $556 in labor and new fuel pump, vacuum house and valve cover gasket. Repairs and labor changed nothing. Light went back on in 2 days and they told me there is nothing else they can do. Headlight fell out two months later. I did not want to leave a bad review till my I decided to take my car to my old mechanic who is miles away. And issue was resolved.
Hi Alissa, I’m sorry we’ve failed you. If you view the report we’ve sent you last year, you were charged to only check the headlight and we found a broken bracket that needed to be replaced or it will keep falling out. Since the car is 15 years old we saw a few wear and tear items that could cause a check engine light and advised you on one repair first. I’m glad your mechanic resolved it for you. Best of luck.
