Excellent service! I went to them for a second quote for brakes. Turns out I didn't need front and back brakes like the dealer had said, so they saved me hundreds of dollars. They explained very clearly what they were doing and sent me an inspection report so I can keep on top of future maintenance. I'll be going back to them.

I was always going to audi dealership to get things done but since I was hearing good things about the shop and the mechanic I wanted to give it a try . So I called to schedule an appointment and someone picked up the call and asked me what’s going on with my car and I explained . After almost setting up the appointment when I asked him about if they work with third party extended warranty? I was told yes . Then i told him I used the car for tlc and I was told they don’t see tlc car . Bla bla … bla i was very disappointed about this . It just don’t make sense.

Our 2016 GTI had a damaged clutch and starter. The MINHS team started the diagnosis with a full car inspection and sent us a complete report that included the causes for the car failure and the fixes required, as well as a list of maintenance work needed in the near future, including the associated cost for each item. The team clearly understands the importance of customer service and treated us with respect and friendliness. They gave us a thorough explanation of their recommendations and the reasons for the costs. While their service fees are not inexpensive, they do reflect the high quality of their work. Our car is now working well again.
