Unfortunately theydid not resolve the issue with my car although they did charge me $470 to “run tests” and give me an estimate of $20,000 to replace the engine. Thankfully I’ve since found more knowledgeable mechanics who can get me on the road again

Excellent service! I went to them for a second quote for brakes. Turns out I didn't need front and back brakes like the dealer had said, so they saved me hundreds of dollars. They explained very clearly what they were doing and sent me an inspection report so I can keep on top of future maintenance. I'll be going back to them.

I was always going to audi dealership to get things done but since I was hearing good things about the shop and the mechanic I wanted to give it a try . So I called to schedule an appointment and someone picked up the call and asked me what’s going on with my car and I explained . After almost setting up the appointment when I asked him about if they work with third party extended warranty? I was told yes . Then i told him I used the car for tlc and I was told they don’t see tlc car . Bla bla … bla i was very disappointed about this . It just don’t make sense.
