My ride is a 2013 Toyota Prius V and I have been to MINHS Automotive twice now for non-hybrid related services (a NYS inspection and an oil change). MINHS performed a courtesy vehicle check when I first visited last October, and they performed another one today. The tech noted a progressed deterioration (which was already on the radar) on my rotors and front stabilizer end links. I had the pleasure of working with service agent Joel during both visits (who remembered my Prius which made me feel good) and he offered ways to approach the repair/replacements that would be less overwhelming (mentally/financially), while still keeping me safe on the road. No gloom, no doom, no pressure, no gimmicks. Just facts and upfront pricing printed on paper. Kudos to the amazing customer service that's provided here! The techs and service agents are professional, they keep a clean shop, showcase awesome communication skills, and manage an organized way of doing business. My Prius has a few scratches and a little rust from being an old man at 13, but there is a great deal of attention and care that has been received (next to the fancy jags and bimmers, haha), and for that I am extremely grateful. Thank you all at MINHS, for making me feel super welcome and comfortable, and for helping my little silver car feel like a King!

Called needing a state inspection for a new car same day. They weren't able to fit me in until the next morning, however they recommended another place down the block that worked out great. Didn't get to use their services, but appreciated the friendly guy on the phone and the willingness to help me out without any gain on their part.

They are extremely professional. I serviced my Porsche Cayenne there, and everything was meticulously inspected. All necessary repairs and parts were discussed before any work was done, which I really appreciated. Excellent service and competitive pricing.

My service manager was Jason. He is absolutely hands-down the most genuine, patient, and knowledgeable advisor I have ever met in my life. Paid for an oil change and got a complimentary bill.of health check and discovered two issues that would otherwise cost me thousands in repair had I been out of manufcaturer warranty but they did not pick up. Brought to dealer and they fixed my car right. That is a straight up individual and business. Honesty and integrity go a long way. They could have done me wrong and took advantage but they did not. This is now my go to place. I am so happy to have found them for future work when I am done with my manufacturer warranty. Integrity is the number 1 thing I look for. I dont mind paying the current run rate for labor but all I ask for is honesty and integrity and professionalism - all of which I received and more. Do yourself a favor get an appointment with Jason or any of his colleagues. You won't be disappointed. I ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them and we shared banter. This is the beginning of what seems to be a long-lasting friendship the way it feels lol. Bring your business here. They're 100.
