I bring my Volkswagens here for everything, because I trust the technicians for good advice, accurate estimates and quality work. Recently, a big diagnostic produced some warnings. When I asked about repairs for the items, they let me know which items could wait a while instead of suggesting to fix it all. Good luck getting that kind of service at a dealer.

Our Volvo V50 2006 got fixed in a day. Chris, the manager who I dealt with, was easy to speak with ...understood the issue...a stuck, not functioning gas pedal. It's a great shop. Probably more expensive than many but worth it since they are expert and efficient.

Not one to ever leave a bad review, since everyone situation is different. But if you have performance model Audi, Benz, BMW I would not have parts installed by them since not certified to do performance parts… apparently. For oil change you’ll be fine
