From scheduling online, to immediate attention when you walk in, it's an unusual level of service anywhere and especially for automotive service. The first time I went for an inspection, there was some minor work that needed to be done and they gave me options for some other minor services, all with good pricing. This years inspection: in and out in 10 minutes, so they are not looking to pile on cost when you are getting an inspection. No doubt where I will go when I need work done and it won't be the dealership.

I had my NYS inspection, an oil change and general service. Very easy to schedule online. Good communication. Nick was great, very professional and made sure I knew how they would review the car, and that I wouldn’t be charged before I knew if there was a problem. I felt informed about what was going on, but not pressured to spend money. I will use them again.

I received excellent service here for my Mini Cooper. I'm a first-time car owner and the mechanics here answered my many questions and were very good at explaining the mechanics of the car. I went in for an oil change, but MINHS also checks tire pressure, fluid levels, etc., all for a very good price. I'm relieved to find this business.

First time using this shop by recommendation of a close friend. The shop is clean, the service was seamless. Came in to service the DSG on my Audi. Picked up the very next day. No none sense in between. The car runs great, and they also did a general check on it in case it has any other issues all included. Great shop, and a great group of guys. Highly recommend.
