My regular mechanic wasn't able to fix the window issue with my Mini, so I brought it to MINHS. They fixed it, and instead of 3 or 4 days which I was expecting, it was ready 2 days later for pick up. Using their diagnostic software, they also found some other smaller issues which they were able to fix as well. Will definitely come back.
