Maintaining an older car is expensive and you need to find a mechanic that you trust. My Mercedes is 18 years old and requires the attention of a good mechanic from time to time. I’ve found that at MINHS. As a woman and not knowing much about cars, I found that searching for mechanic in NYC to be very difficult. MINHS has never disappointed me. The don’t talk down when explaining the issues. They use technology and show you what is wrong and how they can repair your car. Nick, Chris and James are my go-to guys. If you need a good mechanic, look no further. It doesn’t get much better than this.

I brought my Audi TTS to MINHS for an oil change and inspection. Chris took great care of me, asking me everything and complimenting my baby :). He said they had just the guy (enthusiast) to inspect my car. I received a very thorough text with full inspection and recommendations, including photos of every detail of my car. They performed the service, topped off the tires, and took care of all the Christmas lights. I'm bringing her back for future service, and highly recommend Chris and the MINHS team.

Very bad costumer service and very poor service . I was going to bring my car Audi -a6 and the guy on the phone told me that they were going to charge me $400 + just for diagnostic, and once I told him that I have a codes from obd diagnostic, he refused to take the car at the shop . I guess that’s how they make a money . They don’t want you to know what’s going on with the car , they can’t accept that I had my own obd diagnostic and I knew what’s was wrong with the the car . But once they know that you had diagnostic computer and had access on every codes , they refuse to take the job . Because that’s against them , they want to tell you something else so they can charge you more money .

I'm a first time customer at MINHS, but they provided great service and addressed my concerns. I'll be returning to them the next time my car needs some love.
