After purchasing it from a private seller, I took my pre-owned 2015 VW Passat to MINHS primarily to get the cracked driver's side mirror glass replaced and an oil change. I had the car inspected at a dealership before purchase, and they recommended a few procedures (various flushes and so forth). We'll, the MINHS team did a courtesy check for free and it turns out I really didn't need any of that work. It saved me a few hundred bucks for sure. The car was ready on time and in good shape. These guys seem very professional and above all honest! I will definitely be coming back.

An issue arose on my 2013 diesel Jetta Sportswagon and I couldn't be happier that I took it into Minhs. The issue wasn't super apparent but James and the team took the time to diagnose what was going on. He explained in detail every thing he was doing with my car and asked me really great questions. What I thought would take a week to fix only took a couple short days. I couldn't be happier with my experience, you can tell that Minhs really cares about its customers. What can I say, these guys deserve every accolade in terms of performance and customer care. Just purchased a pre-owned Audi SQ5 with 88k on her. Met Chris for the first time and he was stellar. He walked me through the new buyer inspection process and explained the APR stage 1 ECU upgrade i has flashed. Handed me the keys to my freshly foam washed rocket the next day! The ECU performs beautifully and as advertised - truly the biggest bang-for-buck amongst tuning upgrades. Chris was friendly, professional and down to Earth. He's also not an APR hack, as he didn't try to sell me everything the company makes, and even discouraged me from making some poor tuning choices in the future. These guys care about you and your car, and have earned a great reputation. You can trust your car to Minhs, i know I will from now on!
